Each year, Microsoft BeLux devotes human, financial and material resources in order to constantly ensure a positive and significant impact, just like other organisations in Belgium and in Luxembourg.
Microsoft’s CSR actions and frameworks:
We have been taking innovative measures in terms of the environment, but also taken concrete actions in partnership with the civil society and governments on certain thematics, such as education and youngster training, help to startups, equality of sexes, and cyber-security. In 2016, for example, we held 318 Safer Internet sessions and hence targeted thousands of young people. The Hour of Code has also been a success with more than 60 Microsoft employees help to initiate 10 to 12 years old to programming.
