eProseed’s motivations to participate in IMS Luxembourg’s activities:

The expertise, workshops, solutions and tools it offers in order to help companies formulate their CSR policies, were relevant to eProseed that is currently developing and implementing its new CSR policy. 

Indeed, eProseed has joined  in September 2017 the global family of companies supporting the United Nations Global Compact’s (UNGC) initiative and took the firm commitment to set in motion changes to business activities so that the UNGC values and its Ten Principles become part of its strategy, culture and day-to-day operations.

With the wide range of solution and resources provided by the IMS incorporating values and principles that are common to the UN Global Compact, it appeared natural for eProseed to join the IMS Luxembourg community. 

As part of the IMS framework, eProseed is looking to take part in experience and best practice sharing with other members, structure and refine its CSR policy as well as connect with the local voluntary sector to broaden the benefits of its CSR plan.

eProseed is experiencing consistent growth in both domestic and foreign markets. The company exports Oracle expertise within and beyond Europe, providing professional services and end-to-end software solutions to multiple private and public organizations all over the world. In this context of international expansion, it seemed logical to formalise the business ethics and values by anchoring them to a comprehensive CSR policy. As part of this effort to conduct the business in a socially responsible manner, eProseed has chosen to sign up with the UN Global Compact which provides a great framework for its CSR policy.

eProseed's CSR actions and frameworks:

eProseed’s 2018 CSR policy will focus on a number of areas including:

• Helping local communities by volunteering and donating;
• Promoting local organic agriculture and healthy eating habits;
• Ensuring Fairtrade and sustainable office supplying (ethical & environmentally friendly); 
• Committing to recycling and reducing its carbon footprint. 

eProseed is concerned with making a positive impact at environmental, economic and social levels. To do so, eProseed is working to establish long term goals and assess the viability of its actions by proceeding to materiality analyses and involving its stakeholders and workforce.
